My name is Jessica Dertell and I’m super excited to be a part of the Palomino Jewels team as an ambassador!

I’ve been admiring Palomino Jewels for some time now and love the quality of the products. There is an amazing team behind the scenes that love the company and put an incredible amount of thought and care into each and every item.

Here’s a little about me and my upcoming dressage competitions… 

I am a full-time trainer at our family farm ‘Future Farms’. ‘Future Farms’ strives to make your equestrian dreams a reality.  We specialize in all aspects of the horse world, ranging from dressage, showing, breed showing (which is my specialty), breaking in, halter training, western, weaning, sales, and breeding.

I’m so fortunate to have a wonderful team of people supporting me, including my amazing family; Kate, Doyle and Kody Dertell. I’m also very lucky to be riding some incredible horses, many of which are owned by Sam and Brett Thomas of Sabble Farms. 

For the next month or so I will be based in Germany with Sabble Farms’ beautiful warmblood gelding Gladstone MH, competing at Champions of the Future, Youth Nations Cup for Australia! It will be an amazing opportunity to compete but also to learn so much - Learning is so important in the horse world! There’s always something new that could be the next step in your career or the breakthrough you need with your dancing partner.

When I return home from Germany, the winter season for my team of horses will consist of a lot of training, bringing young horses through the levels, and preparing for the next season’s competitions. Competitions come with a bang with the Future Farms Team! We are out every weekend from shows to CDIs and everything in between!
